WW - Discharge License – Monitoring

Businesses and Food Establishments that have been reviewed and approved to operate without a pretreatment device (e.g. grease interceptor, solids interceptor etc.) or are not within the County Sewer Service area may be required to obtain a Wastewater Monitoring License.

How to Apply

Go to the  Maui County MAPPS Customer Portal to apply for your license (permit.)  Note that the MAPPS system calls it a Business License.  Choose the appropriate Monitor License type for your operation and follow the prompts.

Renewal applications are automatically sent to establishments three months prior to the current license's expiration. All establishments must pass a pre-treatment inspection prior to the issuance or renewal of a license.
